All our business partners namely Agents, Brokers and Dealers can avail the following facilities through our online Web Portal.
Agents
 
  1. Register yourself as Agent on Portal by providing basic information and INLIAS Agent code and avail the online facilities provided by Oriental Insurance Portal.
  2. Buy / renew the most featured policies available online by paying through Credit/Debit cards/Net banking  and earn same Commission as offline.
  3. View status of your account, like - Number of Policies issued, Premium collected and Commission earned for the month or for the financial year.
  4. Search for Policies issued by you for any month and download the Policy documents for the same.
  5. Check the Policy renewals due in next 30 days for your customers.
  6. Intimate claims for your customers.
  7. View claims on your Policies along with the current status of the claims.
  8. Use e-forms to fill Proposals offline and upload them when you get access to the Portal.
  9. Communicate with OICL and other Agents on Portal through Discussion Forum and Communication facility provided on your dashboard.
  10. Update your Contact Details with OICL.
  11. Save Proposals in your account for future and buy them online when needed.
  12. View Transaction History of your account.
  13. Receive News alerts in email as and when there is any new update with the Portal.

  3. View status of your account, like - Number of Policies issued, Premium collected and Brokerage earned for the month or for the financial year.
  4. Search for Policies issued by you for any month and download the Policy documents for the same.

Dealers

  1. Register yourself as Dealer on Portal by providing basic information and Dealer code and Sign up to avail the online facilities provided by Oriental Insurance.
  2. Buy or Renew selected Policies online by paying through Debit/Credit cards.
  3. View status of your account, like - Number of Policies issued, Premium collected for a month or for the financial year.
  4. There is a provision for Bulk Upload of Policies for dealers. You can now upload all your policies issued during the day into the system with a single click in one go.
  5. View claims on these Policies along with the current status of the claims.
  6. Search for Policies issued by you for any month and download the Policy documents for the same.
  7. Intimate claims for your customers.
  8. Check the Policy renewals due in next 30 days for your customers.
  9. Communicate with OICL, other Dealers through discussion forums and communication facility.
  10. Update your Contact Details with OICL.
  11. Save Proposals in your account for future and buy them online when required.
  12. Receive News alerts in email as and when there is any new update with the Portal.
